Did you switch to XLibre? Maybe try that. If it doesn't help, is ffmpeg installed?
The helium-browser has just been updated to 13.2.

because I did not want Age verification, that is now pointless, because that law does not count for opensource OSs anymore.
It's not pointless whether or not the law eventually counts....

The reason helium was not updated yet to 13.1 / 13.2 in the artist repo is that the patch for the direct webstore override flag has not yet been merged and needs to be rebased. Until that has been...
vim-classic is also in the artist repo since about a week
evi was already on codeberg when it was added but then there still was some info on github; the url will be changed with the next update

@volkv If you concoct a PKGBUILD we could package it into [galaxy] to let more users test it. Hell, it's minimal enough to be baked into the ISOs once enough feedback confirms it.
KaOS folks have shared their very first ISO following their move away from systemd towards dinit. They also dropped KDE (as default) for Niri/Noctalia in the process due to KDE growing reliance on systemd.
More resources around dinit and turnstile to...
IIRC, UBO is installed as a package in the ISOs. The switch to DDG was another frakking unsolicited intervention from upstream (had it in Waterfox).
People are begging to get their software blacklisted nowadays.
Most likely the nvidia module isn't loaded (e.g. missing package or after an upgrade).

tried, same, xorg crashes as you can see at xorg log "segfault"
there is a new upgrade 13.2 available. just wanted to ask, is this browser dropped from maintainance?
Just in case, as I see:
Code: [Select]
% pacman -Qi evi
...
URL : https://github.com/DrHyde/evi
I wanted to point out that evi was moved to codeberg as:
https://codeberg.org/evi-editor/evi
So not sure if $source as well as $url might need...
I'm already on Xorg.
Also even the epub files despite they open they are rendering like what you saw in the picture above!!

So, I finally managed to get niri +dms +dinit working seamlessly with an authentication agent, notifications, etc. I was hoping to boot directly into niri without going through a display manager like sddm , but...
According to the upstream developer, nothing is expected to break, as every piece of udev functionality is implemented in gardendevd and they're not aware of any end-user software using [url=https://git.pinkro.se/Rose/gardenhouse/seedfiles.git/tree/REA...

Thanks for the link Shark. I'm actually on rocket lake cpu (gen 11), with Xe graphics (tiger gen 12). A mess, it's rarely clear to which they refer. I have lost it a couple of times on that in the past. So I assume it has to do with some unreleased...

Playing videos in browser will still push CPU to 80%, but this was never better. I tried with the still experimental Xe driver, it only makes things worse - pushing CPU to 200% and starting to...
Tried with Lutris and after increasing ulimits, the EA app works fine yay Been able to download and play the Sims 4 without hitch now.
If you're not familiar, Gardenhouse is a project to replace a lot of systemd tooling with different, more modular tools often using preexisting tools to do so. Two big ones that stick out are gardendevd, a replacement for udev based on mdevd, and...
What applications could stop working or lose functionality with such a change?
