The tire is provided with two parallel positioned grooves (1) surrounding its outer surface and connected with a pattern of diagonal grooves (4) leading alternately from each of the linear grooves (1) to the center. Stepped grooves (5) are located between the diagonal grooves (4). A row of parallel positioned grooves (2) is positioned in acute angles between the outer edge of the linear grooves (1) and the shoulders of the tire. The central area and the shoulders are provided with a multitude of cuts forming a pattern of hexagonals (3, 6, 7) increasing in length towards the outer edge of the shoulders.
