The lid (3) is positioned in front of the air inlet (2) of an air conditioning unit located inside the passenger cabin of a vehicle. The lid (3) can be rotated around a vertical axis (4). Cylindrical projections (5) for being inserted into complementary bearing elements (6a, 6b) are positioned at the lower and the upper edge of the lid. One of the bearing elements (6a) is designed in a ring-shape for an insertion of the projection (5) from above, while the second bearing (6b) is open at the front facilitating an easy insertion.
