To this end, the present disclosure provides a transfer part (100) which moves an electrode (20) coated with an active material, a rolling part (200) which rolls the electrode, a marking part (300) which is provided in front of the rolling part and forms a plurality of mark portions on the electrode, a measurement part (400) which measures distances between the mark portions before the rolling and after the rolling of the electrode, and a control part (500) which calculates an extent of elongation by comparing measurement results of the measurement part.
