The display device (21, 22, 23) includes a pair of display units (22, 23) that are provided in a forward portion of a driver ' s seat (2) in a passenger compartment, are disposed at positions on both sides of a steering wheel (4) while protruding rearward of an instrument unit disposed in front of the steering wheel (4), and have touch panels (25). The information processing apparatus (10) has a controller (101) configured to execute: obtaining touch operations performed on each of the pair of display units (22, 23); and at least partially disabling (S12, S15), when it is determined that a touch operation is being performed on one of the pair of display units (22, 23), touch operations on the other display unit.
