The first tab is formed at an axial end of the main body portion. The first insulating adhesive is adhered to an outer periphery of the main body portion. The second insulating adhesive is adhered to the first tab. In an axial direction of the main body portion, a gap is provided between the first insulating adhesive and the second insulating adhesive. The battery includes the battery cell. The electric device includes the battery cell or the battery.
