The device (100) has flap that is rotatably arranged in the fluid channel in a direction transverse to main direction of extension of the fluid channel. The flap is adapted to interrupt the fluid flow in a first angular position, and to allow the fluid flow in a second angular position to fluid flow heater which is connected with the flap, and oriented at an angle to the door. The fluid flow heater is adapted to heat up the air flow in second angular position. An independent claim is included for air outlet.
