The tread section 13 includes a base rubber layer 4 and a cap rubber layer 5 that is arranged on both ends in a tire widthwise direction, and has a structure in which the base rubber layer 4 and the cap rubber layer 5 are laminated in order. A rubber of the cap rubber layer 5 has a lower hardness than a rubber of the base rubber layer 4, and a thickness "d" of the cap rubber layer 5 at a groove bottom in the shoulder region is not less than 1.0 mm.
