The device (50) has an electric harness (5) that is provided with two electric drivers (6) that are electrically connected to an electrical supply source (8) of a vehicle i.e. aircraft. A transmitting element (10) is electrically connected to the driver, and is allowed to cooperate with a receiving element (20). An inductive coupling is established between each primary coil (11) of the transmitting element and each secondary coil (21) of the receiving element. An electric signal is transmitted by the transmitting element to the receiving element after establishment of the coupling. An independent claim is also included for an aircraft.
