A temperature control device is provided for supplying and/or dissipating heat from and/or to the cells by using a liquid heat carrier. The housing has a housing opening (7.1) for enabling gas exchange between the inner area and an outer area of the housing. The housing has a housing section (2.1) for conducting the heat carrier to another housing section (2.2) through bevels (6.1). The housing opening is formed in the latter housing section at a side wall of the housing.
