The roof rounding device (1) has a cover structure (10.1 to 10.4), which is designed for covering a receiving space (A), and two holding sections (H1,H2), which serve for mounting the cover structure on the vehicle. The cover structure has two opened cover sections. A space for forming an air conditioning duct (K) extends between the two cover sections. The two cover sections are pivotably coupled to the former holding section over a joint unit (G.1,G.2) in each case in order to be folded down.
