POWER CONVERSION DEVICE

[Problem] To provide a power conversion device capable of extracting a large amount of power from a solar cell even in low solar radiation. [Solution] The power conversion device includes: a booster circuit 4 that boosts an output voltage from a solar cell 1; and an inverter circuit 5 that converts DC power boosted by the booster circuit 4 into AC power, and superposes the AC power to a commercial power 3. The booster circuit 4 performs a first boosting operation so that the output voltage from the solar cell 1 becomes a target voltage value Vm, and changes the target voltage value Vm each time a predetermined time Th elapses after the first boosting operation starts.
