In a scanning electron microscope image of the powder, the single crystal particles (1) do not aggregate and are independent single particles. Each of the single crystal particles (1) has a polyhedral shape. Each of the single crystal particles (1) has a longest side (1a) and a short side (1b). The longest side (1a) extends along a 003 plane. The short side (1b) is connected to an end of the longest side (1a).
