The invention relates to a powertrain assembly for creating a torque transmission path between an internal combustion engine (14) and a rotor (16a) of a reversible electric machine (16) and to a vehicle comprising such a powertrain assembly. It is proposed to provide the powertrain assembly with a freewheel (18) in said torque transmission path.
