The present disclosure discloses a BDU apparatus and a battery pack. The BDU apparatus includes a housing (100), an electrical component (200), one or more heat conducting members (300), and a cooling mechanism (400). The housing (100) has an accommodating space (130). The electrical component (200) is disposed in the accommodating space (130). The one or more heat conducting members (300) are disposed in the housing (100) and connected to the electrical component (200). The cooling mechanism (400) is disposed on an outer side of the housing (100), wherein the electrical component (200) exchanges heat with the cooling mechanism (400) through the heat conducting members (300). The heat conducting members (300) exchange heat with the cooling mechanism (400) to dissipate heat dissipation and cool the electrical component (200), thereby improving poor heat dissipation of the BDU apparatus.
