An anode according to various embodiments comprises: a first metal layer formed of a lithium metal; and a second metal layer which is formed of a material other than the lithium metal and which at least partially overlaps and is bonded to the first metal layer, wherein the second metal layer can be interposed between a plurality of the first metal layers, or the first metal layer can be interposed between a plurality of the second metal layers.
