Calgary police have charged four men and issued warrants for a fifth following an investigation in an 'elaborate' extortion scheme targeting members of the South Asian community.

Calgary police have arrested and charged two men with kidnapping and assault, following an incident on Feb. 17, believed to be related to organized crime.
