Just to clarify: Sora 2 / Videos API is deprecated, but according to the docs it is scheduled to shut down on September 24, 2026. So a current 503 Service Unavailable error is not necessarily explained by the deprecation alone.

These lengths beyond [4,8,16] are not supported in the API libraries, and are not present in the video playground.
