Letter to the Editor: Earth Day is a reminder — but it should also be a wake-up call

In honor of Earth Day, we need to redouble our efforts and talk about a changing climate.

In “Saving Us,” climate scientist Katharine Hayhoe points out that only about 14% of people regularly talk about climate change. That matters. Because if we’re not talking about it, we’re not thinking about it. And if we’re not thinking about it, we’re not acting.
