If you are seeing an actual free workspace in your account, but cannot manage or use its permissions, that sounds more like an account-specific workspace state or provisioning issue than something the public Business docs can fully explain.

TTS Api is very slow and giving timeout

I could reproduce the issue with gpt-4o-mini-tss.

I tested the older tts models like tts-1 returned quickly, around 1–2 seconds.

I also tested the pinned gpt-4o-mini-tts versions, including gpt-4o-mini-tts-2025-03-20 and gpt-4o-mini-tts-2025-12-15 and those behaved normally too.

Vector store file uploads instantly failing with generic server_error since last night (docx, pdf)

Vector Store file delete is not removing the file from vector store

I tested this on my side, but couldn’t reproduce it. Removing the file from the vector store worked for me.

One thing I’d still check is whether you only deleted the vector store file object or if you also tried deleting the underlying file object. Since those are separate, that distinction may matter here.

Chat Completion tab on platform isn't loading

I tested this with 100 stored Chat Completions, and for me the Logs → Completions tab still loaded normally and showed the stored entries.

So at least in my case, 100 stored completions did not reproduce the shimmer-loading/empty page issue.
